Delivery charge to Hong Kong addresses is $50.00 for orders under $300.

Order of $300 or more qualify for free delivery

Despatch Times

All orders are delivered by SF Express Courier. Provided you place your order by 3pm on a working day, we will despatch your order on the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend, will be despatched the next working day. Delivery to Office address is one day. Deliver to home address is 2-3 days maximum

Please note: Circumstances beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, can increase the estimated delivery times.

Customers will receive email/text tracking information via Streamline Sports (HK) once their order has been despatched provided contact details are supplied at checkout.

For deliveries to home addresses SF Express will contact the customer via phone prior to delivering the order. If the order cannot be delivered then SF Express will contact the customer the following day to arrange delivery.

For deliveries to office addresses SF Express will leave the package at Reception or eith Security if there is further instructions.

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to arrange collection from our warehouse.

Deliveries outside of Hong Kong SAR are subject to the tax and duties levied by destination country laws. All taxes and duties levied are the responsibility of the customer. 

If your delivery has not arrived within the following timescales – Please allow 4 working days from despatch date -Please Contact SF Express with you order tracking number. If they cannot expidiate your order please contact Streamline Sports (HK) with the order reference number. 

Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged package; retain the packaging, take photographs of the damage if possible and Contact Us as soon as possible so we can assist further.
